I would say everyone a B&B are in a state of shock at the moment. It seems like anything they say just makes matters worse, which unfortunately may result in them saying nothing for a while (Centro-style).
Still a good long-term investment and at these prices probably a bargain - but in the current environment where everyone is jittery and sentiment rules, it's difficult to tell.
