You could be right on that as the 2018 financials showed Furui holdings Ltd (presumably Shaanxi) separate to HSBC.
Just a little concerned as I put all my money into Options at 3.3c and any takeover below 23.3c would see me at a loss. Bit concerned with the continual dump of first 1M now 2M shares which I assume is Shaanxi.
As far as a takeover is concerned one would think that the beginning would be for an interested party to first buy out their 13% before making a takeover.
It would be nice if AJM went back to their monthly newsletter which ceased in February, this would probably alleviate the current uncertainty being pushed by some individuals.
