I was researching another stock but I found this fund update from Saville Capital in February 2018 which outlined the reasons why they sold the stock.

What is interesting is that the fund manager had some concerns, and asked the company about it. The company gave the fund manager assurances which turned out to be a load of BS, and so that combined with other concerns led them to dump the stock.
