It appears that Pensador took over a "shell" company, or at least took over a company and changed the name from NuWeb to Pensador.
Looks like they did a share consolidation from 200:1 at the same time.
Nuweb was trading at 5 cents ...at 200:1 consolidation that makes it $10 last trade... mid April 2008.
Now it appears something else has happened as Pensador to have it taken off pink sheets alltogether.
