Furthermore the US FED discount rate is currently 2.25% DOWN BY A MASSIVE 4% from 6.25% a year ago. Whether or not this will actually help with the current economic conditions is debatable.

I do agree that Centro previous business model is unsustainable in current conditions but they are not attempting to continue down the same path.
