    I implore shareholders to vote NO to resolution 2.

    DO NOT GIVE MANAGEMENT THE "FLEXIBILITY" TO DILUTE OUR SHAREHOLDINGS FURTHER!

    They stated they have enough cash at bank to get the Co to cash flow positive. Do not give them the option to deviate from this statement.
