That aside, NO, am not moneyed up, work is deadly quiet and dollars far and few between, No ....I do not work for Admedus!

AGM; announcement before Tuesday?, unlikely especially in view of the last announcement, btw which is rather ‘cringeworthy’ when you think about it.

What worth the AGM?, probably minimal to none, as the year gone by rather un-noteworthy, imo, to be put it rather ‘kindly’.

Be nice to see this AGM broadcast, body language of WP could be very telling, he cannot reveal any ‘deals’ pending in the very short term future, let’s see if he is either upbeat/genuine or or on the defence with the usual spiel that has long since been ‘meaningless’.

Shame this AGM could not be delayed for a minimum of two to four weeks, I believe this time period could reveal where Admedus is headed OR not headed too.

Of special interest will be the voting on the Resolutions being put forward .... worst case scenario? BoD spill, what in the heck will that cost this company financially??, apart from the intangible damage this may incur.

Any change will/should be done in a logical and considered manner and probably entirely being backed by SIO, unlikely till at least 2020!

Best foot forward by BoD, imo, for a start, would be the removal of their ‘rewards’ for this year, serious consideration to have some serious ‘skin’ in their own company and some serious cost cutting across the board.

Paradox is this; if there is a deal imminent, as I sincerely/naively hope for, then they will not be able to buy anyway!, failure to do so beforehand, apart from the ‘compulsory’ obligatory buy in previously has been rather damning, imo.

I would also hope that SB is still 100% on board, fall out from the failed AI deal a problem OR not?
