Well boys another dreadful day on the Stockmarket for the poor soles who don't own KAR - LOL webby boy -but you have seen it all before so the Golfzoner and I are still learning the game we will bow to your greater judgement even though it has been at best pathetic!!

Here is a mild synopsis my Golfing Buddy and other KAR men-market off another 2% and KAR up again - nearly up 15% on back of bleak markets AND on back of Capital raise at .20c under the last day's SP prior to Trading Halt.

And Brazil is still not factored in by some although i would suggest some of the smarties ( and share price reflects it to a very minor level are starting to understand the following -:

"Overnight OGX priced their IPO and raised US$4.1bn, a total capitalization of US$40bn. The main assets of OGX are shallow water ( note shallow and look at what KAR has) exploration blocks in the Santos Basin, Campos Basin and Espírito Santo Basin of Brazil, a total of approximately 25 blocks."


"Australian’s Karoon Gas and Woodside Petroleum also have shallow water Santos Basin acreage, off the coast near Sao Paulo, and we believe that the prospects that this acreage contains is not yet reflected in the share prices of the Australian companies"..................

Now some minor math as that is all i am good at - we have 5 blocks in the Basin OGX has 25 blocks at 4.1 billion -

We have 5 so lets divide that accordingly = say 820 million value added to our little Company ( we did pay 25 million for the acreage so reckon we may have turned a profit - beautifully done Messiah)

Now we have to share that with our new mates from the Capital raise the other day so it only ads a tick over $5 a share (820 million divided by 146 million shares on issue) to the value of KAR on that small Brazil Basin.

I say it again apart from WEBSPYDA who has seen it all before and buying on the dips - at your peril if you think there will be a big buying dip.

Browse Basin drill, which is all this company is being attributed to, analysing the SP at present is upon us.

Someone will finally start to look at Brazil and what that really means to the value of KAR very shortly.

No doubt the smarties are and that is some of the reason it has remained very firm.
