reganbaha, this is not true and I think you know this. The fundamentals are not changing apart from the o/s. It makes a difference if you issue 50m shares @ .80$ or 40m shares @ 1.00$ or 32m shares @ 1.25$. And it makes a difference if you find a decent investor who will put his shares under escrow or if you just find another dubious institution that will be selling the shares a.s.a.p. - I have posted my critism about management's lack of financial qualification when the sp was much higher and I repeat it when the sp is much lower. I know that some ostriche style investors don't like critism at all at this board but for me it is an important concern.
