Maybe you and I might think about it , but we’re in our fifty’s and smart enough to know better , do you really think that group of people I mentioned would really care ? As long as it looks the part , it’s cheaper than the rest and the builder warrants it for 7 years ! It’s as good as sold ! And the biggest factor is ? How cheap is it? Yes the one single biggest factor here ,that sells homes to the first home buyer , second home buyer , and property investors alike is ? How cheap is it ? That’s what sells to these groups ! And to the project builder that takes it on , What questions will they ask ? Yes you guessed it, how much is this per $m2 ? And do you warrant your product for 7 years ? Now if it’s going to save $$$ to the project builder or any other builder for that matter , what do you think the builder will say ? I’m guessing they would ask FBA , “ how many can you handle per week ? Have you seen the quality and cracking on homes today ? I do every single day mate and it’s appalling. End of story !
