    First, are you comparing companies at the same stage in the development cycle or just at historical lows of the SP?

    Now compare the career history of John B and Peter R at the same stage.

    Who had uranium industry experience? Is uranium experience important? Is it a niche metal?

    Also...
    Which prospective mine had a viable water supply?

    Which country, if any, had an established uranium transportation network and experience?

    Side note 2: I gotta say, I am a little confused where you are coming from. First you want to unite SH's with a mention of high admin costs and now you seemingly want to present a case supporting the most expensive component.
