I blame the ASX for this, they should be checking this stuff in real time - glad it was caught now and hope this is a rubber stamp job but definitely a cost and distraction we don’t need hear and may also lower faith of the market in 5GN here.
If the court says it is invalid could be a mess and anyone who purchased at 1.15 may be able to seek damages against 5Gn?
