Ridiculous, get a grip, the MQG, BNB, AFS, et al model only works in a world of rapidly rising asset values. We no longer live in that world; it’s gone for at least 2 years, maybe longer.
It’s not market manipulation that is causing the fall, more than market manipulation caused the rise in 2006-2007 – it’s the reality sinking in that you can’t run businesses without real profit (from correctly valued products and/or services). The profits generated from what real businesses BNB have are not enough to cover the cost of debt + the cost of opening their doors (overheads, inflated salaries, etc)
Didn’t hear anyone that is complaining about the rapid fall in BNB price complaining when margin lending (just as manipulative as short selling, CFD’s etc) was causing the rapid increase during the bull market.
