I was thinking..
1) Higher oil means fish from Asia airfreighted in or otherwise is going to go up due to an increase in airfreight costs.
2) The cost of wild caught fish has got to go up, chugging all over the ocean burning up diesel dragging those nets.
Therefore anyone which grows their fish in a pen and close to market has a huge advantage in an oil expensive world. i.e your friend and mine.. Tassal
As for exporting to Japan. We are still closer to Japan than both Norway and Chile.
