FUNDING is the only one that matters , MOU's till the cows come home are worth nothing ,

when you dont have a business to ever serve them , or convert them to contracts and eventually start generating Revenue ,

go get some satellites up , preferably better ones than the three diamonds which promised revenue , but delivered NOTHING
50/60 million is required to get things happening , id love to know where its going to come from

when you are under capitalized you can do nothing , other than just hope the lights stay on ,
