Hi APK ... have not traded CFD's as we had doubts about the company (originally D4F ...) and what tactics they might use if they got into trouble.
They started out as free and worked on 5% Margin which equals leverage of 20:1 which is comparable with ETO's.
Ozzie traders are astute and have trashed D4F who have retreated to less than favourable terms these days.
You can however go LONG and SHORT and think such as IG a good learning ground for derivatives trading.
As with all new ventures ... try trading small parcels until you get the hang of it and get to understand the animal.
