What were the specs for the Subaru Car Park?

Hi, Just looking to do some comparisons based on the numbers in this article.

At about $850 per sqm a comparison park to the Subaru car park would buy approx. 811spm of car park. I can't find info about the size of the Subaru car park to compare this to. Also, let's factor in that this car park might have been supplied at cost (at $690,000) as a proof of concept and add 20% profit margin. (= $828,000). Using the above average would buy a comparison car park of approx 974 spm.
