if Bill is really preparing an announcement and the release should be in the next few days I can not imagine that it will be something that could excite us.
If he would have the offtake agreements or a solution for the remaining financing in his pocket he probably would relaese the news immediately....a 2 liner would already excite the market.
Let's hope that the news are not MF-style....delay...bla bla bla and so on.
