Honestly, I am very new to this and as such am not knowledgable enough to make an informed opinion as to the accuracy of your working, do other people see flaws in this working or do they believe it's sound?
Also, if the 100M being thrown around is returned to SH, this would be tax free? So I get roughly 75.15 + 6c tax saving = 81.15c, or 61.15 + 20c cash back + non-cash assets. Does this sound reasonable?
I think it fairly likely some money is returned as CFE have stated as a possibility, 100M seems feasible, but again, mine is not really an informed opinion.
Anyway, as long as the sale is completed, this just seems like guaranteed money. *shudder* I probably shouldn't have said that.
