I fear this and was thinking the same thing.
The TNG team have to know every timeline they have set from this year is going to be examined and speculated upon after last year's close AGM. Why keep setting them and failing?
The timing of the McMahon announcement made me think we aren't seeing a binding off-take soon. I hope I am wrong but it seems like it's a filler sort of announcement for the lack of a major announcement that we had been expecting/promised.
