This is a very strong statement quoted by this media outlet "Sundance Resources says waiting on formal written position from Cameroon Government regarding the reinstatement of Mbalam convention" (source: investing.com).

If the above statement is quoted correctly by media from SDL board, this could be interpreted that verbal position has been given and now waiting on formal written position....
iT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME WAITING FOR THE SIGNATURE ON THE REINSTATEMENT OF MBALAM CONVENTION.
It is interesting to know who will ultimately own the major stake of SDL after the reinstatement of Mbalam convention.
