Hey guys,

I bought a place on the Esplanade at Port Noarlunga South (not so far from your place amohonour) a few years ago, best investment I ever made - it's quadrupled in value in about 6 years.

Looking to buy somewhere else and also looking to SA, think the regional areas will be really interesting as mining kicks on in the coming years.

Living in Bne at present, but the market is pretty maxed out for my like, think I'll get better investment leverage out of SA I think.
