We all hate to believe these guys are running with scissors
but no they're not nuts. So what are they? Certainly I believe they promote and push as BUYS stocks that are about to do a capital raising, stocks that are struggling.
It has taken me a couple of years to lose my trust through some painful experiences following recommendations to BUY.

There was even the recommendation to sell Rinker just before they take over was announced last year. Another paid subscription that is highly respected said. " We are scratching our heads here as to why anyone would be holding Rinker... etc"

Yep, they get it wrong often enough to make you wonder at their motives.
