If Top 20, Mgt and AG hold about 30% of the registry, and assuming that they vote against any HTO, doesn't that mean that only 21% of the remaining 70% also have to vote no to have it fail? If that's correct, then you would think that there would be a fair few that would have shares above say 12-15cps and also vote no.
Also, does a HTO mean there's the potential for us to hold onto our shares depending on what the new Board decides? Or do we just get paid out and move on?
