What proof do you have that no one else was interested in buying the equipment? Where are you getting this from?
I don't think it's a secret that the equipment hasn't been fully installed. They have already spent the time to redesign and plan for the new layout. That is why Siemens are on board.
And your second post about not breaking even below 3-4GW is laughable. What evidence do you have to support this statement?
