you should balance your posts with facts like helleyer resource is only 2.8% zinc (as opposed to zfx century mine at for example 15% zinc)
also gold at helleyer is very difficult(expensive) to recover, thats why its still there.
the point is these factors are counterpoint to the advantages you & dedrie mentioned.
