Agree with you Sirsenor, this is going to fly as soon as oil flow stabilises.
One thing puzzles me with your calcs (and others) though and I am new to oilers so please correct me if I'm wrong:
There has got to be some down time to production once Ruby Red fills and has to disconnect, steam off to unload, return and connect, doesn't there?
What is the capacity of RR and how long might this process take? Perhaps a better method might be to calculate how many loads a year can be delivered and the resultant revenue to OEL?
