1 ZFX bring a huge amount of cash 2 possibly means Martabe will be developed without having to do a fund raising reducing dilutionary effect on issue of new shares not having to fund hard to come by capital continued dividend yield 3 brodens structure base income (gold/copper/zinc/nickel) 4 brings large exploration tenements 5 larger company and protection from predators
