They didnt forget they intended not to put the numbers in because they knew people wouldn't understand that the relationship was the highlight. They intended it to be a commercial in confidence agreement.
If you want to blame people start looking on twitter where that idiot who lodges complaints trying to destroy companies without concern whether it is geniune or not lives.
