The amount of cash on hand is the norm, yet they haven't raised, relying on what's available plus the annual r&d refund and budget cuts.
So why now?
Possibility 1) We are due for a deal, and they want to give us all a chance to increase our holding, and theirs, while it's cheap. And maybe there is something in that statement - '...sale ... to a multinational...'; the clearest wording yet.
Possibility 2) But that clear statement was not reinforced, the most recent wording being the same old. They could be aware no deal is coming, the sp will drop, so try to raise now to prolong the vacuum. And I note they seem to be having trouble with FDA POP approval.
I'm not leaning either way. I have more than enough and won't add more.
Note for the first time my sentiment has downgraded to hold.
And I'm as tired of this as you all.
