If things don't improve I would assume so. They have until Late October so hopefully we will have LANI results and maybe some other good news by then.

Don't understand why the buyback has not resumed, can only assume more news is close as the rules dissalow buying within a certain period of sensitive news. If they think the shares are a bad investment at this price then we are in trouble.
