You say exclude the elderly but in an earlier announcement that make a point of highlighting the prevalence in patients over 50 years old.
Do you really think they will want to restrict clinical use to 30-60 years olds or it won't be used off licence?
I get you point about co-morbidites but many are specifically listed.
