1. The reason for the request for voluntary suspension is for ASX to complete review of the material documents relating to the capital raise by one of AB1’s subsidiaries (Capital Raise).

2. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until ASX completes its review of the material documents relating to the Capital Raise, which is expected to be on or around Wednesday 15 May 2019.
