I've bought my fill, but have been reflecting on CFOs "strategic review" and possible outcomes supposedly to be announced this quarter. My thinking is:
They appear to have:
- better quality product now
- more potential clients at the top of the sale funnel testing product
- growing confidence in their product
- ambition to massively increase production
- a new heavyweight director
- another director buying stock and has moved into a day job with them (Chandler). This guy also has a long history in hedge/ financial markets...
But:
- they need to raise more $$ to fund 100k cft production expansion
- they've probably tapped out WVA state government funding opportunity
- they've stated dont want to dillute existing shareholding to grow....
Screams like an opportunity for private equity partnership to me. They get the $$ they need, they keep their ownership and control, the small SH's get bought out at a little profit, whilst they ride off into the sunset....
just speculation....
