I wonder how Joe Gutnick will justify that loan of shareholders' money to AXIS?
What happens if the Federal Court finds that somebody has breached a director's duties? It's not a slap on the wrist.
"Establishing that a director has breached his duties can cause serious consequences to the director. Some consequences of breaching director’s duties include:Criminal sanctions that could include imprisonment for anti-competitive conduct, acting in bad faith or dishonestly"

I have a sneaky feeling that I would be rather in my own shoes than in Joe's.
