PAR on the other hand have patents on some 2300 individual diseases which incorporate the administration of IPPS to patients world wide.
Again from what I have read and remember PAR have everything tightly signed and sealed for a fair few years ahead and looking to apply and include new indications.
In the wash up I personally am confident there are no dramas with any of your concerns

Thanks @avemaria and Mozzarc for that information. I didn't realise there was more information on Fiftyone capital's website regarding the barriers for others creating this drug. Their Livewiremarkets.com article certainly didn't mention those barriers. Certainly doesn't sound easy to make, this PPS stuff. PAR definitely looks like it has potential to be a 'multi-bagger'. Will keep a close eye on this one.
