actually, there is quite a bit of cheeting in this comparison.
for WKT they use the old NPV and don`t indicate, that it`s post-tax NPV, like they did for Graphex. So, the NPV Number in the sheet should be 325 for WKT and an IRR of 142 ( both pre-tax).
As well they don`t use the basket price of 1515U$ for WKT
Black Earth looks good on a NPV/Cap ratio, WKT and Graphex look good on a BasketPrice-Opex basis and (GPXlooks good on a a NPV/Cap ratio too, but the recent financing would have to be taken into account).
so, Graphex and WKT both look very good.
I already stated what i think of the sp of WKT somewhere else, so , since i am of sensible nature i won`t repeat that here in fear of flaming.
