I went back (ASX website) and reviewed the entire 10 years of ASX releases since June 2009 when RM came to AVQ as a NED and 2010 when he got the MD gig.

Pretty well straight onto $500,000 plus paper plus full travel and living expenses then $600,000 then $750,000 plus all those extras for 10 years.

But also from that moment of MD in 2010 it was constant litigation against the competitors, landholders and Govt depts.

Also constant employment of executives.

Also constant cap raises.

Very little real expenditure towards reducing risk aka JORC etc when compared to overall expenditure on corporate type costs.

And, the most egregious thing, a constant one way decline in shareprice and oveall market cap.

Yes a leader worth every cent.

And to the Mods on HC if you think this is a post that should be moderated think again as I am discussing a major risk issue to the company owned by the posters here that we should and are discussing to try to find a way forward to help our company.
