Matey I would ring the registry to clarify.
but as i see it you've got the rights showing in selfwealth as you own shares at the time of issue.1 for every 9.
You can use BPay to take up those rights,PRIOR TO EXPIRY.
You can sell those rights on market,pay brokerage ( but not for .008 they have come down to .005 as I write)
You can ignore them and they will expire.
You can buy more rights online now that can be converted for .029 prior to the expiry date....
When you pay for the rights they will show up as Fully Paid Shares in your Selfwealth account.
And if i made a mistake in my answer someone will get out the bazooka and let you know by blowing my head off.
