    Hello Brimo,
Far be it for me to want to confuse you, Humanity is very much responsible selfish and careless with the environment and have contributed extensively to pollution of the planet. What I was trying to convey is that humanity is a contributor but not the cause of, and certainly no where near the main culprit, This is why I say; to think so is audacious. Internal planetary forces and cosmic bombardment are far bigger players in the influence and the evolution of climate change. However humanity's contribution to pollution is manageable if we really sincerely address the problem instead of just talking about it and placing obstacles in the paths of reparations.

As I discussed with @tesio_nz this is not a discussion for the SGQ thread. But, I think we can rest assured that climate change and the discussion of it is not likely to influence the planning and progress of SGQ. At least not over the short time it will take for its ore bodies to be JORCed and to ultimately be mined.

As an aside, I read where Andrew Mackenzie, BHP's Chief Executive said that the company's nickel division is no longer for sale.

    Cheers,
    Helmenesh
