Major corporate holdings at or soon after the IPO include:
PE - 8%
QVT - 6% (after they pay for their 3 M options for $12M and TZ recovers the outstanding $24 M worth of notes at the IPO)
DKR - 5%
Placements to CS corporate clients - about 10%
So about 30% is spoken for added to the large % held by company principals and the even larger % held by rusted on long termers. Very little will be available, as it should be at this stage.
