That may or may not be the case. However this is not detrimental to AAR in any form as they wouldn't be actually mining and processing until then even if they commenced BFS today.
By the time AAR comes on line Mr sandwich (or may I call you Knuckles?), there will be a deficit in supply. The very reason the Zn gap has been spoken of for so long and the forecast is for Zn to rise around the same period.
