Main driver for my sellout was correspondence with the DEM and (I quote) - significant differences in opinion between both parties as to what constitutes stabilised gas flow.

Seems there is quite a difference between peak and average flow rates and their affect on commerciality.

Company are tight lipped when questioned about the same.

I’ll be shit on for sure posting the above - but no need to take my word for it - contact the DEM and ask some basic questions for yourselves
