JMHO,This "Merger" Stinks.......Worth a look at the recent HC threads on both SXP & LNC.....Care needs to be taken here that things do not get "Personal"....Note: Very good posts by PPH & particularly PDexter......Questions being asked on both sides about the Low Ball Offer and both companies "Potential".......Definitely "Smells Off", seemingly in both camps.......Hang in there for the next thrilling installment....Good Luck to All Holders....
