    Binding Term Sheet for LOM Off-take Agreement with major global commodity trader Gunvor (Singapore) for iron products*

    Further negotiations for offtake underway with leading iron ore buyers (eg VIMSON) and distributors

    So what does the binding term sheet represent when it states Iron Products or what is Vimson potentially buying from TNG if iron products are bound to Gunvor? Is iron ore not considered an iron product as far as these statements are concerned?
