    I have 03 explanations for myself about this one:

    1 - Gunvor will not buy 100%, Vimson will fill in the rest.

    2 - Gunvor deal has the potential to fail. Vimson will replace.

    3 - Vimson is playing the role of "in negotiation" just to justify the huge discount they were given.
