I have formal academic qualifications in philosphy so I'm actually quite up to speed with theories. we could argue all day about what is proven and what isn't. I can still hear all the smokers out there saying the link to cancer isn't conclusively 'proven' yet! It's a flimsy argument to say evolution isn't proven and it's only peddled by the blind and marginalised fringes. Agriculture isn't a 'law' either, yet it is a word we ascribe to a body of knowledge that exists for producing food.

Evolution exists. The alternative is that we believe adam and eve and the rest of that whole concoction of mistruth? As Clive James once said, religion is window-dressing for a product that doesn't exist. you're fooling yourself and you do a great disservice to those who have learnt to think for themselves.
