Had a quick skim.. saw nothing new or to materially effect what the market knows about the economics of this project.. we shall see though.
Have the feeling this was released to stave off a falling SP and looks to address concerns raised on HC.. trouble is we are all invested.. we need new wallets to invest.
I'd be very interested to hear why you think it is a good announcement.
