Deet I made that exact comment re customary landownership back in 2010. HC readers back then were told by RM believers I working for SMM, was ex SI politician, was so many things not worth recalling or wasting time on now.
If what you say is correct, then in your opinion who are the SI landowners currently working with other foreign investors in securing Kolosori land tenure?
Where are their custom lands ? Kolosori lands one would deem.
Their is no such land title documentation UNLESS customary lands have been through the registered title processes it which case the land is recognised and registered under a Torrens title system.
The current situation AVQ finds itself in is a direct result of the courts determinations and rulings. RM and you may want to disbelieve this fact, however it is the reality of the situation and outcome of the high court and appeals court processes and rulings. For you to claim otherwise discredits yourself imo and others I’m sure.
You must be very learned to hold a higher view the those of the judges imo.
And yes as you say above, RM must have a mix of not all the rightful landowners. Nor the right landowners, as you say. And therein is part of the beginning and end of AVQ’s short and long term woes in SI.
