It is Interesting that he ended up at OZL as they may have a few satellite projects that may need an experienced mine Manager down the track. Would have thought OZL demand at present was more on the exploration side. A demerged HGO mine/tenement/processor entity could be of interest to someone like OZL but would need more promise than what we have been told to date (in my view). OZL are however doing deals with other small explorers like CZI, MEP, RDM and WML to name a few. HGO is in their back yard so he would already be known to the OZL people. OZL would also understand the geology of the region that HGO has pegged out.
Mind you he may have wanted a job and not move and OZL would be as good as any place to work !
